The Jarvis Mansion is pleased to announce exclusive event planning with Meredith Jefferson. As the daughter of Renee and Bill Franklin and growing up in the family business, Meredith has the distinct eye for all of the right details. She has collectively coordinated and helped plan hundreds of events held at the Jarvis and knows what works and what doesn't. Read below of the services offered. All services are customizable to fit each bride and grooms personal needs.
Wedding Coordination Option #1 $2,500.00
- Scheduling and attending vendor product/service appointments. Product/Services include but are not limited to:
- Florist
- Musicians
- Rentals
- Transportation
- Caterer
- Hair/Makeup
- Invitations
- Cake Bakery
- Videographer
- Photographer - Coordinate and attend the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Assist the couple/officiant with the design/content of the wedding program
- Confirm wedding day products/services with hired vendors
Wedding Coordination Option #2 $1,000.00
- Coordinate and attend the rehearsal, ceremony and reception
- Assist the couple/officiant with the design/content of the wedding program
- Confirm wedding day products/services with hired vendors
All Packages Include:
- Complimentary consultation to discuss overall wedding plans/needs
- Quarterly checklist of wedding tasks to complete
- Creating of wedding day timeline
- Review of vendor contracts/agreements to understand agreed upon terms
- Review of etiquette rules for social events
- Creation and management of wedding budget
- Personal binder for each client for organizational purposes
- Trouble-shooting on wedding day
